Confirm that the action of Commissioners Court on about September 27, 2016 for the establishment of a limitation on County property tax increases on the residence homesteads of persons who are disabled or over sixty-five years of age as authorized by Section 1-b (h), Article VIII of the Texas Constitution should, for the purposes of applying the limitation, be effective in Tax Year 2016.
