Discussion and possible action to consider anextension of the maintenance bond for an additional 2-year period for Transportation Way off of Posey Rd, replacing the current maintenance bond expiring June 3, 2016, to accommodate future widening and extending of the roadway to a new development. 20. SUB-110 Studio Estates Section 2B (95 lots). Discussion and possible action to accept fiscal surety for street and drainage improvements in the amount of $25,000 (Check # 7373 ); approve final plat. JONES/HAIRELL

21. Discussion and possible action to authorize the Sheriff's Office to hire one new Deputy SRO position for the Hays Consolidated Independent School District ("HCISD") effective August 1st using salary savings for the 25% cost share; and to authorize the County Judge to execute a 2nd Letter Amendment to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Hays County and HCISD. 22. Discussion and possible action to approve an Order by the Commissioners Court of Hays County, Texas, authorizing the issuance of "Hays County, Texas Pass-Through Toll Revenue and Limited Tax Bonds;" Levying an annual ad valorem tax, within limitations prescribed by law, for the payment of the Bonds and further securing said Bonds by a lien on and pledge of certain pledged revenues; prescribing the form, terms, conditions, and resolving other matters incident and related to the issuance, sale, and delivery of the Bonds; authorizing the execution of a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement and a Purchase Contract; Delegating the authority to certain members of the Commissioners Court and County staff to execute certain documents relating to the sale of the Bonds.
