10. Ratify the County Judge's execution of a Trailer Lease Agreement between Hays County and Sysco, related to the short-term lease of a refrigerated trailer during repairs to the kitchen area of the Hays County Jail. INGALSBE
11. Ratify and authorize the publication of legal notice by the Office of General Counsel, related to public hearings under Chapter 253 of the Texas Transportation Code. COBB/KENNEDY
12. Approve out of state Travel, contingent upon final funding approval from the Criminal Justice Division of the Governor's Office-Veterans Court Grant Administration, for Miles Nelson (Veterans Service Office), Armando Vega (Probation), Katie McVaney (DA) and Brenda Jarden-Holter (Veterans Treatment Court-CCL). To attend the Annual Drug Court Training Conference and Veterans Court Convention in Anaheim, California. COBB
13. Discussion and possible action to authorize the County Judge to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Halff Associates, Inc. to prepare a grant application to the Texas Water Development Board for Flood Protection Assistance funding and amend the budget accordingly. CONLEY/SMITH/HAUFF
14. Discussion and possible action to authorize the County Judge to execute a Bailment Agreement between Hays County and Wimberley Fire and Rescue (Hays County Emergency Services District #4), related to possession and use of identified personal property owned by Hays County. CONLEY/SMITH
15. Discussion and possible action to authorize the County Judge to execute a professional services agreement between GSC Architects and Hays County for architectural and pre-construction services related to modifications to the Precinct 2 Tax Office and amend the budget accordingly. JONES/CARAWAY
16. Discussion and possible action to approve Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service's hiring of a Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) Extension Agent for Hays County. COBB/SHELL

Executive Session pursuant to Sections 551.071 and 551.072 of the Texas Government Code: consultation with counsel and deliberation regarding the purchase, exchange, or value of real property including the marketing and potential sale or lease of County owned properties.
