14. Authorize the Development & Community Services department to add a telephone allowance effective April 1, 2016 for the Division Manager, slot 0230-001 and amend the budget accordingly. COBB/GARZA

Authorize the Director of Development and Community Services, with input from Precinct 1 Commissioner and Chief of Staff, to select an engineering firm for services related to repairs at the Hays County Government Center; and to authorize the County Judge to execute a standard Professional Services Agreement with the selected firm.
