8. Authorize the Building Maintenance Department to utilize salary savings for supplies and building maintenance and repairs as needed for the remainder of FY16 and amend the budget accordingly. COBB/GARZA

9. Discussion and possible action to consider the release of the maintenance bond, and acceptance of the roads into the county road system for Werth subdivision. WHISENANT/BORCHERDING
10. SUB-526 Breakwater Subdivision (21 Lots). Discussion and possible action to approve preliminary plan. WHISENANT/HAIRELL
11. Discussion and possible action to purchase 10 new radar speed notification signs, in the amount of $45,150 from Centerline Supply, LTD, to install at multiple locations county-wide for traffic calming efforts and traffic data acquisition. COBB/BORCHERDING
12. Discussion and possible action related to the proposed Jail, 911 Center, and Law Enforcement Center improvements, including but not limited to 1) Selection of a Program Manager for the project(s), 2) Authorizing the County Judge to execute a Professional Services Agreement between Hays County and selected Program Manager, and 3) Finalization of membership on the committee that oversees the project(s). 13. Discussion and possible action to authorize the Sheriff's Office to purchase a replacement Hobart CL44E Dishwasher for the Jail Facility and amend the budget accordingly. COBB/CUTLER

Executive Session pursuant to Sections 551.071 and 551.072 of the Texas Government Code: consultation with counsel and deliberation regarding the purchase, exchange, or value of real property including the marketing and potential sale or lease of County owned properties. Possible action may follow in open court. COBB
15. Discussion of issues related to the Hays County Jail, and the planning of projects pertaining to the public safety facilities needs within the County. Possible action may follow. COBB/CUTLER
16. Discussion and possible action related to the burn ban and/or disaster declaration. COBB/CHAMBERS
17. Discussion of issues related to the road bond projects, including updates from Mike Weaver, Prime Strategies, Laura Harris, HNTB and Allen Crozier, HDR. Possible action may follow. COBB
