9. Authorize the Development and Community Services Department to waive fees at the transfer and citizen's collection stations, effective 10/31/15, for citizens dropping off waste generated by the October 2015 floods. COBB

12. Ratify and/or Authorize the County Judge to execute an Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement Regarding Disaster Relief Response between Hays County and the City of Wimberley. CONLEY
13. Authorize the Director of Development and Community Services to select a firm for the performance of property inspection (including structural inspection) services on the property located at 200 Stillwater Street, Wimberley, Texas; and Authorize the County Judge to execute a Professional Services Agreement for those services, as prepared by General Counsel. 22. Discussion and possible action to authorize the Department of Emergency Management to hire one full-time temporary Assistant Emergency Management Coordinator position, grade 114 at the minimum for a six month period and amend the budget accordingly. COBB/SMITH
24. Discussion of issues related to the Hays County Jail, and the planning of projects pertaining to the public safety facilities needs within the County. Possible action may follow. COBB/CUTLER
