10. Discussion and possible action to authorize the County Judge to execute an Advance Funding Agreement and Resolution with the Texas Department of Transportation for Bridge Replacement at the Blanco River on Post Road, CSJ #0914-33-072. WHISENANT/BORCHERDING
11. Discussion and possible action to authorize the purchase of replacement soccer goals for the 5-Mile Dam Park soccer fields and amend the budget accordingly. WHISENANT
12. Discussion and possible action to authorize Constable Precinct 1 to purchase one Coban Unit w/Stand for a new Patrol unit in their fleet and amend the budget accordingly. INGALSBE/PETERSON
13. Discussion and possible action to authorize the Sheriff's Office to hire two new Deputy SRO positions for the Hays Consolidated Independent School District effective August 1st using salary savings for the 25% cost share. JONES/CUTLER
14. Discussion and possible action to hire a temporary Evidence Technician to assist in the collection and processing of recovered items resulting from the Memorial Weekend Flood. COBB/SMITH
15. Hold a Public Hearing regarding proposed assessments to be levied against the assessable property located in the La Cima Public Improvement District, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code. Discussion and possible action may follow. CONLEY
16. Discussion and possible action to approve the form and content of Hays County's application for the Private Property Debris Removal ("PPDR") program; to approve a resolution in support of that application; and to confirm that General Counsel may take any and all further actions to establish a PPDR program within Hays County. COBB/KENNEDY
17. Discussion of issues related to the Hays County Jail, and the planning of projects pertaining to the public safety facilities needs within the County. Possible action may follow. COBB/CUTLER
