Discussion and possible Resolution to approve an application to the Texas Division of Emergency Management ("TDEM") and the Federal Emergency Management Agency ("FEMA") for approval of Hays County in a Private Property Debris Removal ("PPDR") program related to the 2015 Memorial Day Weekend flood; to authorize the Public Information Officer to advertise the PPDR program to eligible landowners; to authorize the Precinct 3 Commissioner to establish an temporary base of operations for the PPDR program in the Wimberley area; to authorize the County Auditor's Office to provide new PPDR Task Orders to TFR Enterprises and Tetra Tech, in addition to the Task Orders for Right of Way and Parks, once a PPDR program has been approved by FEMA; and to authorize General Counsel to take other actions necessary to establish a PPDR program within Hays County. 13. Discussion and possible Resolution to authorize the Hays County Emergency Management Coordinator to complete the Pilot Program checklist related to FEMA relief for the 2015 Memorial Day Weekend flood. COBB/SMITH
