Discussion and possible action to approve Standard Utility Agreement with changes between Hays County and the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) Transmission Services Corporation regarding the adjustment, removal and/or relocation of utilities as required by the development of the FM 110 North Partnership Program project and authorize County Judge to execute an agreement. 14. Discussion and possible action to authorize the Transportation Department to purchase a self-propelled broom ($54,603.40) and a 12-yard dump truck ($100,661.00) and amend the budget accordingly. COBB/BORCHERDING
