Discussion and possible action to authorize the Development and Community Services Director to retain biological services from time to time, on an as needed basis related to the Hays County Regional Habitat Conservation Plan; and authorize the director to work with the purchasing department to establish a list of approved firms. 13. Discussion and possible Resolution Expressing Support of Hays County for Legislation Granting Road District Powers to Headwaters Municipal Utility District. WHISENANT
14. Discussion and possible action to approve a resolution in support of legislation to establish the proper local regulation of commercial and non-exempt groundwater production in aquifer areas currently outside of the respective groundwater conservation districts in Hays County. CONLEY/WHISENANT
