Discussion and possible action to authorize the County Judge to execute a Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. for the FM 1626 North project as part of the Pass-Through Finance Program in Hays County, increasing the Compensation Cap by $50,000.00 from $3,350,000.00 to $3,400,000.00.
