Discussion and possible action to authorize County Judge to execute escrow letter placing into escrow a donation deed for approximately 19 acres of property owned by Walton Texas GP, LLC and Walton International Group, Inc. that has been identified as needed right-of-way (ROW) for the currently identified recommended alternative for the County's FM 2001 realignment Partnership Program project between IH 35 and SH 21.
