11. Authorize the destruction of 3 motor vehicles that are salvage property owned by Hays County (VIN#s JT2EL45F4N0110888, 1GNDS13S622500452 and 1GCEC19WXWE172686), and authorize that the proceeds of any consideration provided for scrap metal value of said motor vehicles may be donated to the Hays County Crime Stoppers, noting adoption of the findings cited in Texas Local Government Code Section 263.152 by the Commissioners Court.
