Discussion and possible action to authorize renovations to the Hays County owned building at 401A Broadway St. in San Marcos; approve specifications for IFB 2014-B05 General Contractor for Renovations of the Hays County Health Clinic and authorize Purchasing to solicit for bid and advertise. 16. Discussion and possible action to authorize the County Judge to execute a Professional Services Agreement between Hays County and HDR, Inc. related to preliminary assessment and design of an extension of Centerpoint Road between Hunter Road and Ranch Road 12 in Precinct 3.
17. Executive Session pursuant to Sections 551.071 and 551.087 of the Texas Government Code: consultation with counsel and deliberation regarding economic development negotiations associated with Project Upland.
18. Discussion of issues related to inmate population at the Hays County Jail.
