12. Discussion and possible action to promote and fund Health Check 2014 for Hays County employees and eligible dependents who are enrolled in our group health insurance. Authorize payroll deduction of additional fees for optional services employees may elect. COBB/BAEN
13. Discussion and possible action to recommend Kharley Smith to be appointed by the Capital Area Council of Governments to the Criminal Justice Advisory Committee to fill the position vacated by Justice of the Peace Andrew Cable
14. Discussion and possible action to adopt new/updated rules and regulations for Randall Vetter and Dudley Johnson Parks
15. Discussion and possible action to adopt a resolution and a plan for collaboration between Texas State University and the Hays County Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service regarding a proposed Youth Agricultural Education and Research facility located on the Freeman Ranch. CONLEY
