12. Discussion and possible action to approve resale of a tax property: Lot 1, Ybarra Subdivision. INGALSBE
13. Discussion and possible action to accept the audit and Chapter 59 Asset Forfeiture Report from the County Auditor's Office; and to authorize the County Judge to execute said Report for the purposes of delivering it the Texas Attorney General, as required by law. COBB/HERZOG/KENNEDY
