Discussion and possible action to authorize the payment of $880,100.41 to TxDOT in accordance with Amendment # 1 (July 18, 2013) to the original Advanced Funding Agreement executed by the County and TxDOT on November 28, 2012 for a STP MM and TxDOT funded project to provide left turn lanes at the intersection of RM 12 with Oakwood Loop, Summer Mountain Dr, Rancho Encino Dr. and Falconwood Dr. (CSJ 0285-03-053) in accordance with TxDOT's agreement to offset the Hays County payment through future right-of-way acquisition participation.
