16. Discussion and possible action regarding the FY 2015 budget including a presentation of the Judge's proposed budget and the selection of dates for budget workshops. COBB

Discussion and possible action to ratify the execution of a Professional Services Agreement between Hays County and Bowman Consulting for services related to water sampling and a property history report at the Hays County Government Center located at 712 South Stagecoach Trail in Precinct 1. 18. Discussion and possible to call for a public hearing on August 12th, 2014 related to the improvements of Boulder Bluff in Precinct 4 pursuant to Chapter 253 of the Texas Transportation Code, and authorize the Office of General Counsel to publish notice of said meeting. WHISENANT
