WE WANT TO PRAY FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, FIRST RESPONDERS, PUBLIC SERVICE, AUTHORITIES, TEACHERS, STUDENTS, FAMILIES, AND ESPECIALLY FOR THE PEOPLE IN THIS COURT, FOR JUDGE BECERRA AND THE PUBLIC SERVANTS WHO ARE CED INDICATED TO ENHANCE -- DEDICATED TO ENHANCE OUR COMMUNITY AND MAKE IT BETTER. THIS WAS PUT FORWARD AS A REASON WHY WE NEED A 4 X 4 PICKUP FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES. INSTEAD OF CONGRATULATIONS I BELIEVE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR A SPECTACULAR FAILURE. ONE.

YOU HAD A WEEK TO TEN DAYS OF ADVANCE NOTICE A SEVERE WEATHER EVENT WITH TAKE PLACE.

TWO, YOU SHOULD HAVE COORDINATED WITH HTV WAL-MART AND OTHER FOOD STORES TO BRING IN MORE FOOD AND WATTER BEFORE THE STORM WITH STRICT RATIONING. FIVE, FIRE STATIONS AND OTHER PUBLIC IF A SILTEDIES SHOULD HAVE BEEN STOCKED WITH NONPERISHABLE FOOD AND WATER AS WELL AS EMERGENCY MEDICAL SUPPLIES.

THESE ARE THE CAMERA PLACEMENTS THAT WE'RE SUGGESTING 16 CA CAMERAS. YOU CAN SEE THAT THEY ARE PLACED AT EVERY CORNER TO PROVIDE A FULL VISUAL AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE COURTHOUSE. IT'S A LIVE THREAT ALERT THERE'S AN ISSUE POLICE WOULD NEED TO RESPOND.

THAT WOULD OFFER THE JUDGE SECURITY WHEN SHE'S HERE ALONE OR ANYONE IN THE BUILDING ALONE.

THE ALARM WOULD ALLOW THEM TO SET IT IN A STAY MODE WHERE THEY CAN MOVE FREELY ABOUT THE BUILDING WITHOUT SETTING OFF THE ALARM BUT ALL THE PERIMETER DOORS WOULD BE SECURED AGAINST SOMEONE ENTERING THE BUILDING WHILE THEY ARE HERE.
