The Hays County Commissioners Court will hold a meeting at 9:00 A.M. on the 6th day of August, in the Hays County Courthouse, Room 301, San Marcos, Texas. 12. Authorize the County Judge to execute a Letter Agreement with the Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD) related to the FY 2020 Veteran’s Treatment Court grant for Adult Probation Services. BECERRA/C.JOHNSON

Discussion and possible action to authorize the County Judge to execute a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) between Hays County and BGE, Inc. to provide schematic design, environmental documentation and Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E) services for RR 12 safety improvement project near the intersection of Mountain Crest and Skyline Drive and amend the budget accordingly.
