The Hays County Commissioners Court will hold a meeting at 08:45 A.M. on the 23th day of June, in the Hays County Courthouse, Room 301, San Marcos, Texas. Discussion and possible action to authorize the County Judge to execute a Professional Services Agreement between Hays County and Bowman Consulting, related to the Phase 1 preliminary design and Phase 2 design of a temporary bridge on Fischer Store Road at the Blanco River; and to authorize the Purchasing Department to advertise a Request for Proposals to construction firms in compliance with state Purchasing requirements and 2 CFR §200, utilizing Bowman’s design. SUBDIVISIONS

EXECUTIVE SESSIONS
The Commissioners Court will announce it will go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, to receive advice from Legal Counsel to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation, and personnel matters as specifically listed on this agenda. The Commissioners Court may also announce it will go into Executive Session, if necessary, to receive advice from Legal Counsel regarding any other item on this agenda.

STANDING AGENDA ITEMS
The Commissioners Court utilizes Standing Agenda Items to address issues that are frequently or periodically discussed in court. This section allows the Court to open the item when a need for discussion arises.

22. Discussion and possible action to consider waiving review fees for Caliterra Phase 1 Section 1 and Caliterra Phase 1 Section 2 amended plats. WHISENANT/MCINNIS

MISCELLANEOUS

23. Discussion and possible action related to the contract between Forestar Real Estate (USA) Group, Inc. and Hays County, executed on or about October 1, 2013. CONLEY/INGALSBE

24. Discussion and possible action to approve an amended form of Right of Entry document for use by County agents and contractors with landowners within Hays County, related to flood relief efforts. COBB/KENNEDY

25. Discussion and possible action to authorize the County Judge to execute a letter amendment to the Professional Services Agreement between Hays County and Richard Kidd, related to historical documentary work. COBB/JOHNSON

26. Discussion and possible action to authorize the Emergency Management and Fire Marshal’s offices to hire one new shared Administrative Assistant I position effective July 1st and amend the budget accordingly. COBB/SMITH/CHAMBERS

27. Discussion and possible Resolution in support of a letter from Hays County to FEMA and the State of Texas regarding the FEMA Temporary Housing Program and the Lodging Expenses Reimbursement Program. COBB/SMITH
