The Hays County Commissioners Court will hold a meeting at 08:45 A.M. on the 26th day of May, in the Hays County Courthouse, Room 301, San Marcos, Texas. An Open Meeting will be held concerning the following subjects:

Discussion and possible action to authorize the County Judge to execute an Agreement Regarding La Cima Habitat Preservation, Purgatory Creek Parkland Dedication, and Centerpoint Right-of-Way Dedication between Hays County and Lazy Oaks Ranch, LP; and to authorize General Counsel to take any actions and to sign any and all documents incidental to closing of Hays County’s purchase of a 702-acre Conservation Easement from Lazy Oaks Ranch, LP, for use in Hays County’s Regional Habitat Conservation Plan.  CONLEY/GARZA

EXECUTIVE SESSIONS
The Commissioners Court will announce it will go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, to receive advice from Legal Counsel to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation, and personnel matters as specifically listed on this agenda. The Commissioners Court may also announce it will go into Executive Session, if necessary, to receive advice from Legal Counsel regarding any other item on this agenda.

14. Executive Session pursuant to Sections 551.071 and 551.072 of the Texas Government Code: consultation with counsel and deliberation regarding the purchase, exchange, or value of real property related to Right of Way acquisition along or near Dacy Lane in Precinct 1 of Hays County.
