The Hays County Commissioners Court will hold a meeting at 08:45 A.M. on the 7th day of April, in the Hays County Courthouse, Room 301, San Marcos, Texas. Presentation by the Barton Springs Edwards Aquifer Conservation District related to hydrological studies and analysis associated with the Electro Purification ("E.P.") groundwater project in Precinct 3.  Discussion may include matters related to the E.P. project, proposed users of groundwater delivered from the E.P. project, alternative sources of water for proposed users of groundwater delivered from the E.P. project, and legislative matters related to the E.P. project. The Commissioners Court may also announce it will go into Executive Session, if necessary, to receive advice from Legal Counsel regarding any other item on this agenda.
